What you can write about
- Errors in a tool: a wrong result, a tool that does not work in your browser or a mistake on a page. Include the page address, what you did, what you expected and what happened, and your browser and device.
- Privacy questions and requests: questions about how this site handles data or about opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information, requests to access, correct or delete personal information, and ARCO requests (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) under Mexican law. Put “Privacy request” in the subject line.
- Business: partnerships and other business inquiries.
Before you write
- Do not include passwords, financial account numbers or other sensitive details. If we need anything to verify a privacy request, we will tell you what and why.
- Do not attach private files. Our tools never upload your files, and you do not need to email them to us either: a description, or a sample you are comfortable sharing, is enough.
What happens to your message
We use your email address and your message only to reply to you. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Response times
We cannot promise a specific response time. Privacy requests are answered within the time the applicable law requires.
